I just don't know what to do with myself!
After 18 years of being neurotic, paranoid, complicated and obsessive… How do you stop? I can’t help but being pesimistic or giving up way too fast, I just don’t know what to do with myself! I’m a control freak and things that I can’t control just upset me and frustrate me. I just have no idea how to “let things be”! I hate waiting and it’s annoying...
